- Coordinating extremal audits from clients and governmental institutions
- Handling of quality related complaints from within and outside the company
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the confectionery industry.
- Experience with FSSC 22000 and HACCP and BRC
- Proficient with ERP-systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in German is a plus.

As Quality Manager and member of the management team you’ll be at the for front of a dynamic working environment where you’ll make sure that the quality of the products are up to the high standards set forth by the company and her clients. To ensure top of the line products you’ll be continuously working on ways to improve the existing quality management systems.Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be the ensuring of a clear line of communication between the company and the client concerning quality. This will entail that you’ll ensure that quality reports and samples are send to clients in a timely fashion. Furthermore you’ll continuously work on improving the safety mentality of employees across the organisation through the execution of regular inspections and checks but also through the development of training programs about quality.- Coordinating extremal audits from clients and governmental institutions

Requirements
- BSc in Food Technology or equivalent- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the confectionery industry.
- Experience with FSSC 22000 and HACCP and BRC
- Proficient with ERP-systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in German is a plus.
