THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
This dynamic and international organization is mainly focused on the dairy industry. They are a company with more than 250 employees and still constantly growing.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This dairy industry is looking for a QA Manager on along duration (minimum of 4 years). You will report to the plant manager and make sure that all the quality assurance and food safety systems are up to date and if needed also improve them.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a QA Manager you will manage and improve the food safety processes in the organization. Other tasks are:
- Manage internal and external audits
- Create awareness of QA in the organization
- Give trainings and improve the food safety scores
- Report to the plant manager
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc. in Food Technology or similar study
->5 of experience in the food industry, minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/ 22000, HACCP, BRC and IFS
- Fluent in Dutch and English
