Develop and implement SOP's
Ensure batch review meets quality criteria
Monitor daily processes and continuously improve these processes every day
Formulate change management proposals
Responsible for all people management activities for direct reports
Monitor and initiate administration of data
Minimum of 5 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry
A proven track record of stakeholder management
Fluency in English and Dutch, another European language is a bonus

Requirements
A master in a relevant field (pharmacy, biotechnology)Minimum of 5 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry
A proven track record of stakeholder management
Fluency in English and Dutch, another European language is a bonus
