Python Developer
Location: KrakowJoin our Development Center and become a member of our open minded, progressive and professional team. The team is responsible for a portfolio of products including ServiceNow platform which is predominantly used to manage the ITSM processes within the bank.
We are looking for a Python Developer to join our engineering team and help us develop and maintain various software products. The Python Developer responsibilities include writing and testing code, debugging programs and integrating applications to existing applications and services. To be successful in this role, you should have experience using server-side logic and work well in a team. Ultimately, you’ll be part of our Engineering team building highly responsive applications that align with our business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write effective, scalable code
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Test and debug programs
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Implement security and data protection solutions
- Assess and prioritize feature requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
SKILLS
MUST
- Minimum 18 months experience as a Python Developer
- Expertise in pandas and other Python frameworks
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g. JavaScript)
- ServiceNow experience desirable
- Team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask with a strong track record in delivering to deadlines
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
