Zadania / obowiązki:
- Execute the global purchasing strategy in every action you are taking
- Create a network of local suppliers in Poland and Eastern Europe for both production in Poland and in Belgium
- Identify and select local suppliers in accordance with company's quality, reliability and cost standards
- Work with R&D team to ensure smooth transition from current suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers and put strong contracts in place
- Manage the relationship with the suppliers including any potential litigation or disagreement
- Look for and suggest improvement opportunities
- Align KPI’s on Group strategy and act to reach them in the most efficient way
- Study and follow the evolution of the local markets to anticipate potential opportunities or potential issues

Oczekiwania:
- You should have minimum a bachelor degree (ideally in Economics, Commercial or Supply Chain)
- You should have relevant work experience in a similar role in an industrial or production environment
- You must have knowledge of machining, sheet metal and/or electronics purchases as well as market knowledge in Poland and Eastern Europe
- You should have a strong knowledge of MS Office tools and ERP
- Knowledge of SAP is an important plus
- You should be highly motivated and enthusiastic in your work and energized by challenges
- You should be autonomous, proactive and taking initiatives, while working well in a team, too
- You must be able to set strong relationships and have good negotiation skills
- You must have a clear focus on continuous improvement
- You must speak English, French is a plus.
