PTP Team Leader
Miejsce pracy: PoznańResponsibilities
- Managing a team of accountants - leadership, supervision and support
- Organizing work, setting priorities, monitoring and managing workload within the team
- Knowing and understanding operational KPIs - being responsible to meet goals and deadlines
- Support team in solving problems on daily basis - act as a first point of escalation in case of any issue appearing.
- Identifying areas of improvement in processes and drives change implementation
- Motivating and building the skills of the team
- Building business relationship with stakeholders
- Work close with other locations and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in field of Finance & Accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting area and managing team, projects coordinating experiance
- Very good command of English is needed, knowledge of other European language will be an asset
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to be flexible, to adapt to challenging deadlines and business demands
- Detail oriented, well organized person with strong problem solving skills and innovative approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
