We are looking for a person to hold the position PTP Specialist with Italianto the greatest company in Tricity which sets up a new Shared Service Centre.
New role
As PTP Specialist with Italian you will be responsible for processing invoices accurately and in timely manner, assuring invoice compliance with tax or legal rules and accounting standards. Also, you will need to contact internal partners, answer calls and e-mails, work closely with procurement team and advise on use of correct VAT rates an exemptions. It is important for you to know how to resolve issues regarding invoices, purchase orders and good received.
Our requirements
To be the best candidate you need to have min. 1,5 years of experience in accounts payable, experience in previous transition projects and min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics.To be successful in this role you will need to have good interpersonal skills, be focused on customer serviceand be good team player. Fluent Italian, knowledge of MS Office and SAPis a must.
