Projects Engineering Manager
Lokalizacja: KrakówScope of duties:
- Proactive teambuilding to build strong relationships with direct team, customers and other stakeholders.
- Plans and directs day to day activities of design engineers and technical engineers working on specific projects.
- Personally handles part of the workload as well as managing the team.
- Delivers the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs.
- Oversees product construction and quality testing in order to ensure completion of projects as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Continuous Improvement of efficient processes – develop, implement and monitor standards, processes and KPI’s to ensure an efficient Engineering service is delivered to internal and external customers.
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to identify and understand the client’s requirements in order to develop the technical specification.
- Utilize appropriate operating systems so that technical specification, including drawings, materials, volumes and relevant commercial/technical information, is produced to the required standards and within given timescales.
Requirements:
- Engineering or Science Degree preferred.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Project management processes and techniques.
- Successful track record in setting up and executing complex programmes to schedule, budget and quality.
- Experience in calculating and delivering product proposals, including thermal and other calculations, engineering and construction drawings (both 2D and 3D), materials quantity calculations.
- Experience in developing and communicating programme focus areas, objectives and strategy to multi-disciplined teams to ensure delivery of programme requirements.
- Experience in capture and proposal management with a track record of preparing and submitting winning proposals.
- Effective stakeholder management including both customer interfacing and presenting to senior management.
- Experienced in AutoCad and MS Office applications.
