Description
We are part of the international ALTEN Group, which brings together over 28,000 outstanding IT and Engineering specialists around the world. We currently are looking for a Project Sourcing Manager who will join our team to deliver the most innovative technology projects.
Main tasks
- Main interface between project & sourcing
1/ Secure Pre-serial production Ramp Up
- Communicate Needs of projects to Buyers
- Animate Purchase Orders placement for pre-serial on daily basis
- Challenge supplier planning & Secure 1st deliveries for Ramp Up production with S Chain team
- Perform review with Sourcing team based in Saint Ouen for
- Subsystems components (development, planning, securization production line…)
- Lead Modifications committees with sourcing team
- Challenge QCD Issues and top offenders
2/ Animate Serial Competitivity plan
- Animate cost reduction plan for serial production (resourcing, cost reduction, RdtC…)
- Manage Purchase Orders placement for Serial phase & Challenge Modifications process
- Support Cost Work Package review and Financial analysis VS Budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.)
- Min. 3 years of experience in Material Flow or Sourcing Process (automotive industry will be an asset)
- Basic knowledge about Pack Office, SAP
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strategic mind-set
- Ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvement
- Ability to manage on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing
