Your new role
Recruiting for highly performing project professional who manages the project & portfolio management (PPM) excellence framework, and build, maintain and implement governance, processes and tools for project and portfolio driving business value and alignment across the business.More specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring:
- The global project and portfolio management processes are fit for purpose and implemented across the full project portfolio
- The project portfolio management application supports successful execution of the project portfolio at all organisational levels based on ONE Project Truth
- The project management knowledge centre is supporting project professionals across Group Functions, Countries and Global Key Accounts
- A PMO Lead, Project Owner and Project Manager competency development framework drives project competency growth across the business
- PMO Leads, Project Owners and Project Managers are trained and supported when delivering projects and programmes
- The global project and portfolio management processes, tools and minimum standards are successfully implemented
- The project and programme management excellence needs are captured and converted into effective processes, tools and minimum standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Portfolio Management excellence role
- Deep understanding, ability and interest in implementation of Project Portfolio Management frameworks, governance and applications
- Able to operate in an international environment with multiple stakeholders
- Skilled designer of PPM processes, tools, governance driving high business impact
- Service minded with the ability to balance persistence, rigor and pragmatism
- Quick learner demonstrating flexibility and ability to support, train and coach
- Strong communication skills in English, self-driven, motivated and structured
