You will join our Client, an international, globally well-known company, that is opening the new office in Poland, Warsaw.
Your new role
As a highly performing project and portfolio management data analyst who manages project metrics, analytics, reports and BI user interface you will build, maintain and implement portfolio and project and portfolio analytics and reports for Senior Management, Project Owners and Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
•Define, align and communicate project metrics that supports the project portfolio analytics and reporting visions•Implement one set-up of reporting graphics and components to ensure simplified reporting•Maintain the project data model and structure to support portfolio, programme and project reporting and analytics•Maintain the global reporting suite for portfolio, programme and project reporting within areas such a financials, resources, roadmaps, performance and benefits•Design and produce reports and analytics across portfolios, programmes and projects both in Power BI and as Powerpoint reports•Ensure that portfolio, programme and project reporting can be displayed in MS Teams for easy management access•Safeguard the overarching reporting and analytics toolbox aligned with the global PPM application•Produce ad-hoc reports for management requests to be fast tracked
What you'll need to succeed
•Minimum 5 years of experience from an analyst/BI position within project portfolio management of IT projects – solid experience in Power BI•Deep understanding and ability to establish data models, project metrics and reports supporting Senior Management decision making•Able to operate in an international environment with multiple stakeholders•Skilled designer of project reports that are delivered within a standard reporting and graphical framework translating project complexity into reporting simplicity•Able to translate a reporting need into a reports without the full picture•Strong communication skills in English, self-driven, motivated and structured
