• Have proven track record of experience (3+ years) in direct work with customers, including client side management and procurement functions

You will be responsible for:
• Managing and growing the business (upselling) with customers in the area of Team Augmentation services within the global delivery organisation
• Team provided to the customer, including their work quality, satisfaction and support in collaboration with their respective Service Line Managers
• Taking ownership of customer care and marketing functions as well as customer satisfaction
• Defining a customer strategy and driving its execution along with respective customer stakeholders, expanding our footprint within the entire client organisation
• Developing revenue and optimizing profitability to support Company targets
• Cooperation with Sales, Service lines and Recruitment regarding the process of services delivery
