For our strategic client, an international company from the logistics/IT industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position:
Project ManagerMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of multifunctional project activities, from project definition, product development, validation to customer implementation and project closure, to meet the project's requirements and goals in terms of scope, quality, schedule and costs that will eventually generate the expected impact on business from the project
- Applies solid knowledge and skills in project management, project planning, budgets and methodology. It manages all aspects of medium and medium-high projects from the beginning to the end, thanks to which it is implemented on time and within budget
- Design, communicate and implement a project completion plan; monitor progress and results in relation to the plan; solve operational problems, minimize delays
- Identify, develop and collect the necessary resources to complete the project
- Prepare complex engineering projects and work specifications; develop schedules, budgets and forecasts; choose materials, equipment, project staff and contractors
- Estimate the costs, resources and time required to complete. Monitor actions, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure that goals are achieved
- Cooperation with other areas to provide specialized resources and contributions to the project. Select and manage contractor activities to ensure that they are integrated into the project and the organization receives satisfactory service standards
- Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to inform you about the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Coach and mentor support designers and help them solve problems.
- Gets a high level of knowledge about relevant clients (such as customer profile, products, etc.)
- Secures communication with relevant stakeholders to update project progress
Requirements:
- Requires at least 3-5 years of experience in project management/project coordination
- Able to demonstrate a track record of realizing successful projects
- Successful project management experience with a Supply Chain solutions business or a Consulting Services organization
- Demonstrable success managing complex, large-scale projects (from beginning to end)
- Experience from IT/logistics/WMS/B2B is a merit
- Excellent in English both in speech and in writing
- Preferred experience in working in an international environment
