Project Manager

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Key Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for the delivery of your project, this involve planning, designing, building, testing and operationalizing business solutions
• Defining and agreeing approach with project sponsors and key stakeholders, and subsequent planning for delivering project objectives
• Working effectively in and leading working groups with diverse Business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met
• Providing up-to-date status report throughout the release cycle, proactively raising risks and issues and ensuring timely remediation
• Providing oversight to business analysts to deliver key project artifacts e.g. BRDs, Functional specifications, test plans etc.
• Responsibility for timely resolution of ongoing regulatory and industry group outcomes and other events on business requirements
• Managing project costs against budget
• Managing conflicts and dependencies within the project and across projects


Skills:
• University degree in relevant subject (e.g. finance/accountancy)
• Experience of delivering regulatory implementation projects within banking and financial services, preferably within Risk
• Strong project management skills, experience in leveraging project management tools and methodologies for delivering change projects
• Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Effective time management - able to work under pressure, effective prioritization of work, and ability to meet project deadlines
• Strong understanding of risk operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; numerically and technically competent
• Effective stakeholder management skills and experience in facing senior stakeholders and leading key meetings (e.g. working groups, steering committee etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy and timeliness of delivery
• Proficiency in MS Project and Office
• Recognized relevant professional qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2, CFA, MBA, CA, FRM etc.)
• Familiarity with business processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements (e.g. Basel II/III; FINMA, FRTB etc.)
