As Project Manager, you will be deeply involved into working with development teams along with strategical planning, progressing, and working with stakeholders. You will be responsible for solving problems that your team and project might face so result oriented approach along with innovation thinking will be a big advantage. In exception of responsibilities you will also have a chance to learn something new and to travel to Scandinavia sometimes! If you are having good eye for details, you are able to fluently work under pressure and have experience in developing IT projects — don't wait as this opportunity might be it!

Responsibilities:
- Actively planning, progressing and executing of banking projects with IT background
- Dealing with tasks in proper time
- Creating and taking care of budget
- Providing reports and documentation
- Staying in relationship with stakeholders
- Coaching, leading and helping your team
- Conducting meetings with team member and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience in project management in IT (financial sector will be advantage)
- IPMA Project Management certification or equivalent
- Spoken and written English on professional level
- Ability to work with people along with helping, building the proper teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure along with conflict resolution
- Great communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Result oriented approach
- Readiness to perform business trips to Scandynavia
