Project Manager

One of the biggest FMCG company in the Netherlands, my client has a purpose of bringing innovative methods towards distribution of food supplies.
Role Description:
As a project manager you will support the P&O team in the Netherlands on both operational and more strategic driven activities. You will be the bridge for communication between internal and external departments. You will have to know how to handle the order management processes while caring for high customer satisfaction without compromising on effectiveness
Responsibilities:
Coordination of Operational activities
Support onboard and offboard activities
Deliver frontline P&O support to the business
Coordination with the managing team
Support the employee engagement and development to bring best output
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch and English
You have minimum of 3 years of HR and relevant experience
Good knowledge of EEO
Working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
Should have good command on Microsoft software
Good administrative, negotiate and influencing skills
Preferably have good grip on M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions)
