For expanding our business offering in the European market, we are looking for an experienced domain experts who are interested in joining a very challenging opportunity to design a newly created vehicle platform together with a prestigious OEM Client.

Project planning and delivery across multi-year horizon while adhering to scope, quality, and timelines within budget for automotive project / work stream(s)

Coordination and management of external vendors, 3rd party deliveries

Moderate cadences: Leading and preparing meetings with agendas, invites, meeting, minutes, and follow-up on tasks with internal and external stakeholders

Support and ensure execution of leadership strategy, responsibilities, services, and deliverables

Executive reporting: Prepare and facilitate decision making for stakeholders and management

Risk and Problem Management: Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register

Responsible for monitoring project milestone deliverables, completion and removing impediments and roadblocks

Pro-actively shapes team capabilities, productivity and motivation

Continuous improvement to achieve greater team efficiency, dynamics, and agile culture

Leading of requirement elicitation process

Establishing project processes in compliance with ASPICE/ISO 26262

Ensure quality of delivery; management of necessary quality assessment processes

Lead and moderate technical discussion in close cooperation with project architects, feature owners, product owners and cluster leads

Coordinating internal management processes, maintaining standards and procedures

Ensure quality of delivery; management of necessary quality assessment processes

Scrum Master scope of responsibilities (servant leader, facilitator)

Tracking and maintaining of the product backlog

Organizing Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings / sprint planning / sprint review / demo / retrospective)

Coaching team in agile methodology and Scrum methodology

Master degree in Computer Science, Business, Administration or a related fields

3 years of proven experience in Project Management5 years of experience in automotive industry

Profound technical background in Operating systems (Autosar, QNX, Linux) and/Or automotive platform development

Profound background in requirements engineering

Advanced experience in agile practices and frameworks, leading and coaching Scrum adoption, e.g. Scrum, SAFe

Strong communication and leadership skills, self-confident and convincing personality

Proactive attitude, risk mitigation and management

Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and precise working methods

Customer orientation, decisiveness, and assertiveness

Proactiveness and Can-do attitude

Professional approach to work with team and vendors

Understanding of ASPICE processes

Practical experience working in SAFe

ASPICE processes solid knowledge, participation in assessments

Solid technical background in automotive domains, automotive industry

A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous

German language knowledge (B1-B2)
