On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Project Manager.
Holding the position of Project Manager you will be expected todrive local implementation of the Transportation Management System project in line with the project plan. You will act as counterpart and single point of contact for the global development project team. You will be responsible for coordination and support cut-over and go-live activities, fixing problems swiftly when and if they occur, as well as coordinate with local operational teams on training, testing and UAT sign-off. You will be also asked to support in roll-out of other initiatives in the Business Service Centre.
To be successful in this role you should provide broad business process understanding in Logistics and Customers Service, strong project management skills, together with change management and stakeholder management skills, BPO understanding.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as ability to interact effectively in a matrix organization and ability to work on multiple projects and tight deadlines. Advanced level of English is required.
