THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
For one of the largest multinationals in the Food with a leading product range in the B2C market, I'm currently looking for an highly experienced Project Manager who is willing to lead one of the largest capital engineering projects which are on the planning of the coming period. The project's capital expenditures start at €3 million, running up to €15 million.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role as overall Project Manager you're responsible for leading multiple Capital Engineering Projects for the production location in the region of Arnhem. The company has multiple plans for different brownfield projects for the coming years, focussing on improvement of production lines, increasing production capacities and improving efficiency of the production processes.
With the planning of placing new production- packaging- and filling lines which are under the responsibility of the project engineers, you're directly responsible for the coordination of the projects on logistics, quality, engineering, budget and planning. You have strong communication skills and now how to manage internal- and external stakeholders to make sure that the projects are successfully completed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Managing different projects with capital expenditures up to €15 million
-Keep in contact with different stakeholders, internal- and external stakeholders
-Coordination on logistics, quality, engineering, budget and planning
-Expanding the production capacities
-Setting up new production- filling and packaging lines
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering
-Experience with Project Management in the Food
-Speaking fluently Dutch & English
-Experience with capital expenditures of €12-15 million
-Strong communication skills
-Proven record of managing internal and external stakeholders
OTHER
The Project Manager needs to start by the 1st of September, start earlier is highly preferred. Interviews are asap.
