DXC Luxoft’s Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) division is seeking a Project Manager to join the Transformation team. The successful candidate will support and run key internal transformation & integration activities within the Line of Business that are central to achieving business objectives
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stakeholder management: senior and executive business leaders
- Running multiple change projects in parallel
- Developing transformation roadmaps with key milestones and dependencies
- Setting-up governance framework and mobilize required workstreams
- Engage with different stakeholders, define outcomes, and track progress
- Prioritize work, highlight risks and issues, identify dependencies, and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Prepare various reports for Executive management on regular and ad-hoc basis
SKILLS
MUST
- Project Management/ Change management experience
- Experienced with delivering organisational change at scale
- Data analysis/ analytical skills in general
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders on all levels (Senior & Executive) on high visible tasks with tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work, identify risks and manage stakeholders’ expectations
- Strong motivation, willingness to stretch and flex to meet deadlines regularly
- Understanding of coordination principles
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and also participate in teamwork
- Multi-tasking
- Proven experience working in a global matrix
- Financial services a strong plus
- English mandatory; Russian a plus
