HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Project Manager IT

 

Obowiązki:

Assist in Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptions

Drive initiatives and various scale projects within Ops IT remit

Ensuring that all Technology Practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Project and initiatives

In some cases, assume accountability for key change initiatives that span multiple Agile teams

Responsible for delivering within the global sourcing model to enable resource demand and supply in support of Programme demand

Work closely with Product Owners to align Agile Teams to a Global Business / Function Product pipeline

Co-ordinates activities within a delivery team which may consist of more than one team, collaborating with the Technical Product Manager to negotiate technical dependencies

Manage relationships and coordinate work activities including analysis and deep dive understanding

Working with the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager to validate the initial feasibility of product ideas in the product backlog.

Evolve/drive definition of requirements and establish technical specifications for the agile teams / help teams with the grooming of backlog and sometimes prioritization

Working with the Product Owner and Technical Product Manager to establish effective controls, procedures and quality assurance processes for the product, in line with the BTF and Group Risk and Controls framework

 

Wymagania:

Minimum of 3-5 years IT project management experience as well minimum of

2 year relevant experience in an system/business analyst role

Experience of working within an IT Environment

Ability to work with a sense of urgency in an aggressive, multi-tasking environment

The ability to translate complex business ideas and processes into clear, user-led requirements and user stories

Contribute productively to team objectives, sometimes supporting and sometimes leading activities to achieve shared goals

Able to develop positive relationships. Establish a rapport with business partners & achieve mutual trust and respect

Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, deal with competing priorities

Excellent decision making & problem solving skills. Ability to work on own initiative

Excellent organizational & prioritizing skills
