Project Manager in a Machine Construction Sector
Miejsce pracy: WarszawaKey Responsibilities:
• Evaluate product development project requests by size and scope;
• Set project priorities;
• Create budgets, forecasts and capital requirements with economic justifications linked to project activities;
• Organize and manage a team;
• Define course of action regarding program plan and schedule consistent with project and product line objectives;
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product management, manufacturing, purchasing and suppliers to ensure project plans execution;
• Assure implementation all the way to the end customer.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in product development, preferably in the machine construction sector;
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business with an emphasis on project management;
• Demonstrate experience managing multiple Product Development Programs from a concept phase to a production launch;
• Experience in managing a team;
• Demonstrate Risk Analysis and Problem Solving methods experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong communication skills;
