Project Manager (Greenfield)
For our Client (an international production company) we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for new production plant project (cooperation with a developer, transfers, industrialization etc.)
Client Details
Our Client is a fast-growing production company located near Krakow (north of Krakow).
Description
- Managing the greenfield project from study phase to end of commissioning, coordinating external engineering contractors, local teams, vendors etc.;
- Coordination of multiple sub-projects connected with main greenfield project;
- Support project internal as well as communication to stakeholders;
- Being responsible for the project budget, schedule and results;
- Providing project management expertise.
Profile
- University degree in Engineering;
- Experience in engineering environment, including at least 5 years of investment / Capex project management (greenfield experience in investments, commissioning machines & equipment);
- Experience gained in greenfield / brownfield environment is a must have;
- Proven leadership experience. Ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, and to maintain efficient and productive work relationships;
- Mindset for tracking task completion in quality, in budget, on time;
- Result - oriented with a strong track of performance, cost management and bottom-line orientation;
- Excellent communication skills and leadership skills;
- Excellent people management and motivational skills;
- Native Polish language and fluent English.
