- Connecting with the Governance and Operations department on a project-based effort
- Developing status and timelines in support of deliverables
- Participate in various BRQC meetings and members (cross sector) in support of overall project management, issue escalation and follow up from project deliverables and communication
- Development of agendas and minutes
- Align with others in BRQC to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables across the projects in order to meet harmonized deliverables
- Keeps abreast of any specific project issues encountered and problems for reporting back in a consolidated way
- Development of status reports and presentations to various fora and governance councils
- Good skills in Project Management Software (MS Projects, Wrike)
- Good skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good understanding on the drug development process and quality principles in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Pro-active approach for managing deliverables and timelines
- Fluent in English

Reporting to the Governance and Operations Management director and be a member of the organization for reporting purposes.Role Description
You will play an operational role in coordinating the work of the Governance and Operations management team in support of the BioResearch Quality and Compliance (BRQC) department. This role serves as a single point of contact for the team to provide support in the overall project management of timelines and follow ups of action items deliverables in light of the operating model.Responsibilities
- Development of Project Plans- Connecting with the Governance and Operations department on a project-based effort

Requirements
- Proficient in performing Project Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience- Good skills in Project Management Software (MS Projects, Wrike)
- Good skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good understanding on the drug development process and quality principles in Pharmaceutical Industry
- Understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
- Pro-active approach for managing deliverables and timelines
- Fluent in English
