Project Management Officer
• Driving and facilitating weekly meetings of the Portfolio Office with Program PMOs and Program Managers. Drafting and issuing communications for action and information to this stakeholder group.
• Administering the Change Control process at Portfolio level; identifying and remediating gaps in this process; facilitating the Change Control review meeting
• Drafting executive communications for division level newsletters, weekly Program briefs etc.
• Preparing region specific reporting to feed into regional forums to the satisfaction of senior regional stakeholders
• Provide support in the preparation of Portfolio Governance forum meeting materials
• Coach Program PMOs in adherence to PPM (Program Portfolio Management) standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery standards and frameworks across all CRO Change related activities
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
• Understanding of PMO principles, processes and procedures
• 3 years experience of working as a PMO in a complex organisation
• Ability to manage and review large data sets for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• Great communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to deliver results under pressure,
• Ability to work with multiple tasks at the same time,
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Fluent written and spoken English,
• PMP or Prince 2 certification in Project Management
• Knowledge of project management tool Clarity PPM
