You will be a good match if you:
- Have PPM tool experience (e.g. Clarity PPM)
- Have knowledge of Program and Portfolio Management processes
- Have experience with controlling project financials (accruals, invoicing, staff costs)
- Know Excel advanced functions: pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc.
- Have general project management knowledge
- Have general understanding of IT functions (experience with IT Information Security projects is desirable)
- Are able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience in Financial and/or Banking industry
- Have very good command of English
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Project plan structuring, scheduling and leveling
- Resource allocation, tracking and forecasting in CA Clarity PPM
- Dependency and milestones tracking in MS Project and CA Clarity PPM
- Assistance in a program business case development and benefits tracking
- Accurate and timely record keeping and follow up for capital and fixed price contract tracking
- Maintaining accurate and completing project financials forecasts and project accounting
- Clear, concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management in CA Clarity PPM, etc.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s internal processes and governance policies
- Timely, well-articulated project progress and status reporting in CA Clarity PPM and elsewhere
- Managing project communication activities (e.g. SharePoint site, intranet page, generic mailbox, etc.)
- Supporting program and project governance meetings – collate materials, take minutes, etc.
