Project Management Officer

• Administration of programs and projects in CA PPM – creation of programs and projects, updates, closure process etc;
• Central administration and change control of the Project Portfolio Governance and Terms of Reference;
• Central administration and change control of Business Cases, in collaboration with program sponsors and program managers;
• Central administration and change control of individual program roadmaps, in collaboration with program managers and enterprise architect;
• Supporting program managers in preparing their Steering Committees and other key stakeholder meetings;
• Supporting the preparation of the Investment Governance Committee (governance body steering the overall portfolio and investment decisions);
• Administers programs’ resourcing allocations and financials (in collaboration with the existing PMO team);
• Supporting Consumer (Line of Business) TCO reviews and reporting;
• Coordination of program status reporting;
• Operational reporting (production services).

• Fluent English
• Professional experience in PMO with proven experience on administering program portfolios in mid-to-large organizations using standard methodologies and tools;
• Experience supporting program governance structures and key project meetings, including steering committees;
• Should have experience with at least one industry standard project portfolio management tool;
• Strong communication skills - experience at communication with stakeholders and high level management (Strong English language skills is a must);
• Advanced user level experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel reporting and data presentation skills);
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Cooperation, influence and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work to regular and sometimes challenging deadlines, and be able to prioritize deliverables;
• Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset;
• Knowledge of IT terminology and networking would be an asset.

• Knowledge of CA PPM would be an asset
