We are looking for:
Project Management Officer
Location: GdyniaExcel Project Management Banking industry
As Project Management Officer you will be the bridge between projects and Project Portfolio Management and key for successful execution of projects and programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifying and tracking prerequisites for the data migration
- Overall progress and on key relevant focus areas like resource, risks, financial etc.
- Providing support for resource management including on-boarding external resources
- Providing support to manage dependencies and escalations
- Providing project/program management support as agreed individually
- Reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to communicate in English both verbally and writing
- Good analytical skills
- Strong in MS Office products, especially in Excel
- Project management and planning skills
- Min. Bachelor degree in Project Management/Economy/Finance/IT
- Min. 1 year of experience as PMO or as Project Assitant
