Description
- Office support locally for the Shared Service Center in Wroclaw - Close cooperation with management and administration department;
- Organizing travels and coordinating internal and external events;
- Taking care of the document and correspondence cycle, maintaining files;
- Managing preparation of meetings and workshops;
- Perform other administrative and office management tasks
Profile
- University degree;
- Preferable experience in similar role;
- Fluent German, English as an asset;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
- Very well organized and can work independently at a high-quality level;
- Open to new challenges and willing to develop competencies and skills beyond the normally expected, in a dynamic and growing organization
