We are currently looking for an Integration Leader for Guardian Industries' new greenfield plant (Poland 2) in plant in Czestochowa. This role will be leading Poland 2 project team and support capabilities from an operations point of view to deliver the goals and objectives and all elements of the project within the time frame and funding parameters following our operations excellence framework.

We are currently looking for an Integration Leader for Guardian Industries' new greenfield plant (Poland 2) in plant in Czestochowa. This role will be leading Poland 2 project team and support capabilities from an operations point of view to deliver the goals and objectives and all elements of the project within the time frame and funding parameters following our operations excellence framework.
Responsibilities:
- Project lead for overall Safety, Environment & Quality management and Delivery within the project expectations.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to mitigate Poland 2 project impact on existing operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project performance (business goals, cost, schedule, operations, & compliance).
- Be the Voice of Operations in Poland 2 project a to inject critical operations knowledge and requirements.
- Implement a disciline “Management of Change” approach to the project.
- Recommend personnel for program/project implementation.
- Own the regular project status reporting and leading and lagging indicators (KPI).
- Contribute to maintain project records and ensure appropriate project closure and effective lessons learnt transfer.
- Support to establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
- 3-5 years’ experience in project leading
- Fluent in English
- Good project planning and scheduling skills
- Experience in people management
- High degree of safety awareness and understanding of safety rules and regulations
- Good presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results orientated and can work prioritize workload with minimal supervision
