# Provide technical support in the design, development, purchase, installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, maintenance and improvement of packaging machinery and support systems.
# Develop technical solutions and validate them with stakeholder’s involvement.
# Work with partners at preliminary design meetings to develop specifications based on safety, quality, production and ergonomics requirements.
# Participate in operational improvement activities.
# Coordinate and respect time and budget planning.
# Prepare CAAPs in accordance with best practice procedures.
# Ensure follow-up of suppliers and coordination of internal/external stakeholders.
# Coordinate the integration and commissioning of equipment.
# Checking the performance of installations (FAT, SAT)
# Engage the inspection bodies to ensure compliance with safety standards.
# Plan and coordinate with factory teams’ trainings for users.
# Ensuring the increase in efficiency until contractual performance is achieved and final acceptance of equipment and infrastructure.
# Participate in the optimization of existing equipment and contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial sites.
# Develop effective professional relationships with suppliers.
# Work in close collaboration with the Factory, Purchasing, Marketing, Copacking, Packaging, R&D, Finance, HR, Security, Supply Chain.
# Higher education in the field of engineering: electrical, mechanical, or process engineering;
# Experience in a similar role in the management of investment projects in the international; environment, FMCG, min. 5 years (preferably food industry);
# Experience in project management procedure and associated with the operation of the production plant;
# Ability to plan project budget and expenditure monitoring
# The ability to plan the project schedule and monitoring the implementation of investments;
# Demonstrated experience in purchase of machinery negotiations;
# Very good knowledge of English that allows free discussion of technical issues with global equipment suppliers;
# The ability to act independently and to acquire information;
# Very good knowledge of MS Office and applications such as AUTOCAD and with the ability to develop and implement process diagrams;
# The ability to work closely with all functions in the organization
# Proactive approach in task execution
