Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company discovers, develops and produces new innovative human therapeutics that improve the life expectancy of humanity.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Senior Project Engineer you will be responsible for the alignment and motivation of the various project stakeholders. Depending on the size of the project your will be part of a team of 5 to 10 people. Furthermore, you will be entering a matrix organisation and will therefore be working closely together with other departments within the production environment.
This will be a project for 12 months (Starting ASAP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading multiple engineering projects within the production area
- Responsible for the completion of the projects within time, scope and budget
- Ensuring the right KPI's are set and monitored
- Lead, coordinate and motivate project members
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Process)
- Recent project lead experience
- Experience in a highly regulated environment
- Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
- Good understanding of Lean principles
