Project Coordinator
Location: Cracow
Job type: Contract B2B
Salary: Client is open for propositions
Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Manager with the day to day project responsibilities
• Coordinate project updates from the project team on key project management deliverables such as project schedule updates, risk/issue registers, and project financials
• Collect relevant data and undertake analysis supporting project deliverables
• Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, etc.
Requirements:
• 1-2years of entry level project coordination or administrative experience
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies, processes, procedures and tools
• Experience coordinating small projects from initiation through the final close out
• Experience or familiarity with MS Excel/Powerpoint/Project/Visio, SharePoint
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
