For our client - worldwide leader providing software for the service and online booking in travel industry - we are currently seeking individuals for the position of Project Coordinator in Warsaw
Job specification:
- Having end-to-end ownership of all project aspects: project schedule, resource planning/constraints, project execution tracking risks
- Acting as a single point of contact for all project related activities
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Working closely with all teams involved
- Being responsible for making project decisions, achieving tactical goals while retaining a strategic focus
- Defining and Monitoring Project KPIs across different phases on scope, cost, schedule, risks
- Developing, maintaining and tracking plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Ensuring continuous communication flow between all stakeholders
Requirements:
- University degree (IT, Business, Tourism or Economics)
- Experience in Project Management/ Project Coordination
- Hands on experience with Project Management Tools like: MSP, JIRA, MS Excel, PPT, or others
- Very good English (written and spoken)
- Communication skills including presentation skills in high-tech environment
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in working with GDS systems, AeTM and Cytric will be a plus
