For our Client, a multinational joint venture of two well-known companies from aerospace industry, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious talent to join company’s growing team of professionals at a position of Program Advisor to its greenfield investment located in Lower Silesia region.
The person on this role will be mainly in charge of advising and assisting project managers in initiating and coordinating all measures necessary to achieve project targets. He/she will be preparing and moderating project meetings, defining, analysing and adjusting business processes as required, as well as supporting systematic tracking and solution of problems. The duties will also include generating, analysing, tracking project schedules and ensuring harmonisation of interfaces for operations and production processes.
To be successful in this role you should have 3-5 years of experience on a similar position - not fewer, not more - and a university degree in technical subject in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. General knowledge of company management and sound understanding of process management will be also needed as well as a very good command of English. German would be beneficial as we as the experience in Aviation Industry. What is more, expert skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products are also required as well as general understanding of databases.
