For our client, international company located in the Silesia, we are looking for Programme Management Officer- Senior Specialist.
Your new role
The candidate will be in charge of planning, the governance, overseeing and the delivery of internal programs and their results. The purpose is to develop a clear plan that lays out detailed systematic approaches and processes, deal with the resources in a practical and good manner and being responsible for solving any complications that come up during the course of the program. The candidate will act from the position of a business change manager and is well equipped for carrying out the assigned tasks in a coordinated way by applying his or her extensive array of program management skills. The role acts as an interface between Finance and IT and handles cross-departmental communication with internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5 years Program management experience; min of 5 years project management experience;Outstanding knowledge and experience in project management of large and complex (internal) initiatives; Wide array of program management methodology and techniques,Strong leadership and management skills;Fluent English;Experience in program budgeting and resource allocation.
