Obowiązki:

Technology Programme and Portfolio Management (PPM) team oversee the effective delivery of strategic projects and programmes whilst continuously striving towards improving communication, transparency and ways of working to ensure business values and expectations are met. The Technology Portfolio Manager is responsible for the continuous development of the PPM function with a specific focus on changing ways of working in delivery and financial assurance, PPM construct and capability, adherence to technology controls/disciplines, training and adopting Agile methodologies. The role is to: ­
Drive the improvement of the Portfolio Health from both a Delivery and Financial measurement perspective, increasing accountability and quality across the organization ­
Optimize the PM Target Operating Model to align to future Agile ways of working ­
Ensure roll-out and adoption of Agile & Waterfall delivery and solution controls for delivery change in technology ­
Support the establishment and development of the PPM practice globally
Key Accountabilities:
Actively contribute to managing the overall health of the RBWM Tech portfolio, handling changes as they arise and keeping stakeholders focused on the agreed change outcomes and benefits
Monitor and report on the portfolio and intervene when programmes go off track
Provide timely updates to the Global Head of RBWM PPM or Regional/Service Line Heads to review performance against programme/project objectives and identify future roadmap
Increase the financial acumen across the PPM community to cover capitalisation, forecasts and actual costs and where possible linking investments to a benefits value
Ensure PPM practices follow frameworks (eg. BTF) and methodologies (eg. SAFe) thus driving a common high performance approach

Wymagania:

The ideal candidate for this role will have the below experience and qualifications:
Experience in successfully working with and influencing challenging stakeholders
overcoming resistance to change
building ownership of the change amongst the change audience, at both executive and junior grades
building and maintaining executive buy-in for the value and necessity of the planned changes
working in a global environment, across businesses, functions, countries, and cultures
Strong analytical background and proven ability in analytical rigour, including being able to contextualise data into business activities and conclusions
Demonstrated competence for training, coaching, mentoring others to achieve objectives
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
Ability to leverage indirect resources to achieve goals
Outstanding relationship management with the ability to influence, facilitate, negotiate and engage with senior executive stakeholders
