Client Details
Our Client is a western manufacturing Company with several hundred people employed in its plant located near Wroclaw (southeastern area).
Description
- Providing structure and guidance to the project teams whilst reporting to the Group NPI Programme Manager
- Development of new product porftolio - R&D projects for medical / pharmaceutical customers
- Effective implementation of the strategic delivery Programmes with all required documentation
- Ensuring delivery and efficient reporting of various corporate projects and Programmes
- Manage and contribute towards development and definition of the SDP Programmes, associated objectives, benefits and the supporting deliverables
- Work with a team of Project leads (from within the business), ensuring regular communication and excellent working relationships
- Manage and accurately track project budgets, including labor hours and direct costs
- Manage the customer relationships and expectations
Profile
- Higher technical education
- Min. 8 years of professional experience gained in R&D project management (including at least 2 years of experience in programme delivery in complex environments)
- Experience in medical devices / pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage
- Fluency in English (B2/C1 level)
- Recognized professional project management qualification
- Risk and issue management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and external organizations at all levels
- A "Can Do" attitude and the ability to remain positive, calm and in control even in difficult situations
