This department is focused on the design, execution and evaluation of stability profiles of novel vaccines. Supporting the clinical development stages of the vaccines platforms and generate data that is used in preparation for future commercialization.

Role Description

Within this role you will support the Project Management Leader in providing and maintaining cross functional project plans utilizing systems and tools aligned across Research and Development. They are supporting the Compound Development-, Project Management-, and Clinical Teams. As a Program Coordinator you will maintain the integrated cross-functional projects plans and ensure that they are aligned with the compound development strategy. To do so you will create and communicate timeline, FTE, and OOP reports to team and management. Creating and reviewing the projects critical path analyses to ensure schedule risk is communicated and adressed by the teams.

Responsibilities

- Maintaining cross-functional project plans, team reports, and resource management support, ensuring the completion of deliverables balanced for quality and timelines
- Assist the Program Management Leader in providing and maintain system tools and cross-functional project plans
- Assist in providing clinical cross-functional project plans aligned across the clinical functions
- Program team resource manager responsible for compiling and generate program and project resource demands
- Facilitate critical path analyses
- Generate program reports and communications to ensure team and program alignment
- Regular review of workload and resource analyses, including business plan

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelors' degree
- Professional Project Management certification or diploma
- Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses
- Strong knowledge of clinical development and trial execution
- Planisware or MS Project experience
- 5 years' of industrial experience
- 3 years' of drug development experience
