For our Client, an international producer of engineered thermoplastic compounds for plastics molders, we are currently searching for experienced Candidates, who will join its structure at the position of Production Manager dedicated to greenfield project, new production plant based in Bielany Wrocławskie.
The person on this position will be mainly responsible for overseeing, designing and controlling of production process and assuring the process efficiency in terms of resources and price, by meeting customer needs. What is more, the person on this position will be accountable for monitoring run rates, changeovers and line cleans, and also for troubleshooting process issues. On a daily basis you will ensure quality expectations of customers are met and conduct performance review. The responsibilities will also involve assigning personnel to production line, coordinating shift maintenance activities and ensuring work orders are entered for scheduling. Participating in internal and external audits are also part of this position.
To apply for this position you need to have at least 10 years of experience gained in production in plastic extrusion or processing, as well as higher education (Operations Management will be an advantage).Our Client is searching for a person who has very good communication and leadership skills, as well as good analytical and troubleshooting ability. Due to multinational environment good level of both spoken and written English is a must. The perfect Candidate should understand and manage financial performance and have strong technical knowledge.
