For our Client, worldwide leader in the OEM glass business and global manufacturer of automotive laminated glass products, we are currently searching for a experienced Manager, who will join its structure at the position of Production Manager dedicated to plant based near Wrocław.
Being a part of Production Team, the person on this position will be mainly responsible for production management according to financial budget and operation indicators: health and safety, operating costs, quality, on time deliveries. What is more, his/her scope of duties will include planning and developing short term and long term actions to improve profitability, establishing budgets, optimising manning and control costs. Her/his range of obligations will include also initiating procedures and methods consistent with ISO TS requirements and ensuring compliance to the standards. What is more, Production Manager will contribute to a safe production through support of EHS. Person on this position will build effective team, assign responsibilities and prioritize team objectives, empower employees to achieve the goals and provide opportunities to personal growth.
To apply for this position you need to have experience gained in Automotive Industry with high automated machines as well as at least bachelor’s degree in technical discipline and minimum of eight years of supervisory or staff experience. Our Client is searching for a person who has strong administrative, interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to think strategically, access priorities and solve complex problems. Due to multinational environment very good level of both spoken and written English is a must. Experience in OEM business is also a priority. To be successful in this role you should have very good project management skills, methods and techniques, as well as confident manner and intercultural skills.
