For our client, an international production company, located in Świebodzin, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates interested in new development opportunities, who will join the company's structures for the position of Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production team of ca. 250 employees
- Responsibility for assembly lines and painting area
- Report to upper management
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Organise workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as production manager
- Experience in assembly and painting processes
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Deep technical understanding
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organisational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
- Language skills German OR English on very good level
