Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.
Voor een opdrachtgever in de Farmaceutische Industrie ben ik momenteel op zoek naar een Productie Manager voor de productielocatie in Noord-Holland.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In de rol van Productie Manager ben je direct verantwoordelijk voor de gehele productie van het bedrijf. De opdrachtgever is een contract manufacturer met verschillende producten binnen de Farmacie. Hierin geef je direct leiding aan de teamleiders van de productie, samen met de engineering en maintenance afdeling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Aansturen Productie, Engineering & Maintenance afdelingen
-Opstellen van KPI's
-Voordragen van Capexprojecten
-Implementeren van de productiestrategie
-Focus op verbeteren van de efficiency en kostenreductie
-Hoog houden van kwaliteitsstandaarden
REQUIREMENTS
-Minimaal HBO-niveau (voorkeur voor Engineering)
-Ervaring in de Life Sciences (farmaceutische of medical devices)
-Aantoonbare ervaring met people management en change management
-Minimaal 4 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een productieomgeving
