Production Manager (M/F)
For our client - high standard manufacturing company we are looking for successful production manager with proven achievement in planning and controlling production and personnel and a person who is both people oriented and analytical. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the production activities.

Description
- Organizing and managing production processes and supporting processes.
- Deliver on time to customers all the product in their project by ensuring production and procurement all take place on a timely basis.
- Ensure standards for product quality, equipment and employee performance
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met especially related to Quality, Health & Safety, Energy Saving and Environmental issues
- Take responsibility for the budget for individual projects and factory unit costs and reporting thereon.
- Successfully implement the investment plan of the unit through stringent project management.
- Own every-day improvement initiatives and ensuring its implementation.
- Oversight of all aspects of H&S within factory units.
Profile
- Master degree in Engineering or relevant
- Minimum 5 years experience in managing production
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding the financial processes and measurements
- Natural leadership attributes with a commitment to developing the performance of those around you
- Commitment in goals achieving
- Very good English
