Production Manager - electronics components
The Production Manager will plan the daily work and lead the staff towards set targets. Additionally, he/she will secure that products are produced efficiently, with proper quality, at the right cost. However, the main goal will be to implement new assembly lines and to lead the implementation of ISO 9001:2015.

Our Client is a leading manufacturer of customised solutions based on electronics components. The company is based in Sweden and operates across Europe and Asia. The plant is located close to Warsaw and is in an interesting phase where it is needed to acquire a Production Manager who can develop the production, make it more efficient, and implement new products to the production line.
Description
- plans and leads the daily work at the production plant
- coaches, leads and develops employees within production, engineering, purchasing
- receives and gives information in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders, suppliers and customers
- evaluates on products scheduled for production and reviews it both technically and economically
- prepares budget and sets targets for the plant, calculates production cost and lead-time
- implements new production lines and lead investment projects
- initiate and leads continuous improvement projects to increase quality and decrease cost
- ensures that health and safety regulations are observed properly
- determine quality standards (implementation of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000)
Profile
- several years of previous experience gained in a small or mid-sized production, preferably in a related field
- experience as a senior team leader or production manager, international environment will be an asset
- project management skills, especially focused on new product implementation
- practical knowledge of ISO standards
- business orientation, technical understanding of products
- hands-on approach
- experience from supply chain will be an asset
- fluent knowledge of Polish and English
