Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
And is a leading research-based biologic medical product company.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a production Supervisor you will direct the activities of the team members and interface with other functions such as quality assurance, manufacturing engineering, and quality control.This Challenging position needs effective high team work, initaitive, achieving and maintaining production efficiency to all requriements being met .
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Supporting local management and operates regarding production development.
-Ensure the team are aware of day to day targets and responsibilities.
-Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within the team.
-Work positively with support functions to fully define the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities.
-Keep records of workers performance.
-Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Time management, scheduling and prioritization skills.
-Execution of a team culture.
-Identify process improvments.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineer or Civil Engineer.
-3+ years of experience in relevant fields.
-Training and coaching of existing and startup teams in ASEPtic Manufacturing 2.
-PHP/Sigma(RFT)
-Experience with project work.
-Reporting team status at the staff meeting.
-Performing team assesments.
-leadership skills to motivate and grow the team .
-Ability to manage a wide variety of activities and make effective decisions in an expedient manner while maintaining extremely high
quality standards.
