Our Client is an international automotive producer of components. Due to the start-up of a new factory in Poland company is looking for group of managers reporting directly to manager of the new plant. Currently we are looking for Production Control & Logistics Manager for them.
Place of work – Central Poland.
PC&L Manager will be responsible for implementation of technologies production control and logistics systems in start-up plant for automotive electronics manufacturing. You will spend between 35% to 50% of time in 2018 working in delegations. In new role you will review product launch risk assessments and develop/execute safe launch plans for new product launches, track plant/customer scorecards and drive corrective actions. It will be your responsibility to hire and develop Production Planners, Material/Supplier ERP Planners and technicians positions per onboarding timeline to exceed customers’ expectations with product transfer schedule. You will manage suppliers, customers and internal escalation processes for delivery issues, lead working relationships with other departments and cooperate with other plants all over the world.
Ideal candidate should have minimum 5 years’ experience with leading production or logistics in automotive or electronics environment. We need an experienced manager with working knowledge of Production Control & Logistics manufacturing requirements and structured problem solving methodologies. Alongside this you need to have experience with negotiations with customer and/or suppliers, ability to lead and motivate a diverse group of skilled employees in global environment. SAP ERP systems knowledge preferred and advanced problem solving training such as Black Belt or Shainin is a plus.
