For our client, Scandinavian bank, we are looking for:
Product Specialist
Location: Warsaw (at this moment it may be hybrid)
Main duties of an employee will be:
Product management (B2C) - being a part of designing new product (consumer credits and insurances) & process solutions, amending existing products & processes and reviewing them over their life cycle; monitoring product KPI's (Qualitative & Quantitative) to ensure optimised performance; managing idea and product & process development together with other functions; work closely with the Global Product organization, Product & Solutions Specialists and other Product & Process Managers.
Solution management - act as Project Lead and coordinator in some projects driven by Products & Solutions team; coordination of development and optimization of technical solutions used for existing products; close cooperation with technical teams and related partners.
End-to-end process management - supporting customer journey setup; ensure that process design is in line with regulatory commitments, customer experience, cost challenges, commercial business decisions, audit/control issues, and portfolio optimization; provide diagnostic initiatives to establish potential issues, root causes and propose solutions, including the generation of business cases focusing on continuous improvement.
Our client expects: experience in the products/process/solution area gained in financial institution; understanding of IT and PM matters (technical skills or a passion); at least good English language (written and spoken); being independent in performing tasks; being focused on the goals; very good interpersonal skills and the ability to build trustful relationships across the organization, customer- and service-oriented attitude and strive to find the best solutions possible to serve our customers and grow our business; university degree.
