You will be a good match if you:
- Have good communication skills, including ability to express all messages in a clear, unequivocal way – both: speech and writing.
- Have experience in product management, including feature and priority management
- Are a team player, open to communication with the client
- Have good understanding of the principals of Agile methodologies and some knowledge about at least one of the most popular Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban or similar
- Are fluent in English
- Can influence without authority
- Have good analytical skills and basic knowledge of estimation techniques

- Having one of the following certificates that prove your skills: Professional Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent
- Technical background that allows you to work smoothly with engineers or UX specialists- experience in software testing, development or UX background
- Knowledge of risk and stakeholders management aspects
- Ability to estimate potential ROI for the product or feature
- Domain experience and expertise in one of the following: e-commerce, automotive, industrial or finance
- Communicative German language
As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collecting requirements and ideas and conveying them into the Epics and Stories
- Managing the product backlog in accordance to the best practices
- Setting priorities to maximize delivered value and satisfy customers’ needs
- Setting milestones and preparing product roadmaps
- Emphasizing the product vision and the direction to customers and the development team
- Cooperating with and managing stakeholders
- Cooperating with engineers, UX/UI designers and QA Engineers on a daily basis
- Supporting Sales teams in talks with the clients, preparing offers
