On behalf of our Client, international company from banking industry with one of its offices located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Product Owner to join their team
Your new role
The Product Owner assist in the gaining of insight into customer needs and streamlines customers preferences in order to direct the product vision of what Technology is to build.
Additionally, the Product Owner assists in the championing of the product with internal stakeholders and ensures that the product remains commercial.
The Product Owner may carry out some or all of these tasks:
• Providing support in making and keeping the product a success - by ensuring that it offers a strong value proposition to the customers and users and that it creates the desired business benefits
• Providing support in delivering value to the business, engaging with the customer to ensure the team is building the correct product
• Providing support in articulating the product vision of what is to be built, and convey that vision to the Agile software development team
• Supporting the design of large user stories (epics) which are broken down into smaller stories (product backlog), which is a prioritised features list for the product which is used by Agile Teams to develop technology solutions
• Be aware of related industry trends, distilling this knowledge and sharing with the wider team
• Participate in the promotion and communication of the product to the wider organisation
• Interacts with and fully understands customers and their needs
• Assists in communication with business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities
• Collaborates with the team to showcase the product to stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you must hold several years of experience as Product Owner. On this position it is essential to have strong analytical and decision making skills combined with highly developed communication skills (both written and verbal) to explain complex or technical issues. Due to international working environment- fluent English skills is a must.
